The day had finally arrived for the Jensen family -- Drew's graduation....what a great celebration it was. We began the weekend with his party on Saturday afternoon. The weather was perfect, the party was a blast, and a fun time was had by everyone that stopped by. We spent the day reminiscing about memories of Drew for the past 18 years. Both classmates, friends, and family members all had kind words to share, congratulations to give, hugs and well wishes for next Fall when he begins college. The class motto that they had chosen for this special day was "We have come a long way, but not half as far as we will go" ~~ Author Unknown...After thinking about this, the truth resonates so clearly......even though when you graduate from high school, you often feel that you have accomplished SO much (and you have), however, the future is so bright and the skies the limit. Drew, I know that you will do amazing things in college, after college, and all throughout your adult life. Thank-you for allowing us to be such an integral part of this wonderful journey that you are on! Happy Graduation to you -- we are so proud of you and wish you all the best next Fall and always!
